Janet Schwaab, R.N.

       Janet Schwaab, R.N., brings many years of experience in the nursing profession to her position as President of Source Finders.
       She attended the York Hospital School of nursing. Her early practice centered around primary nursing, health occupations education, and long term care. Her career in the health care industry spans a spectrum of skills from program developer for senior programs, discharge planning, implementation of the DRG system to Director of Nursing for home care agencies.
       Most recently, she has gained five years experience working with a national case management company where she was a recognized expert in the case management of catastrophic illness, chronic and disability management services.

Deborah Barfield, R.N.

      Deborah Barfield, R.N., contributes her extensive background of geriatric nursing experience to her position as Vice President of Source Finders.
      She has a Bachelors Degree in Health Administrative Service from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Miami Dade Community College. Deborah has actively participated in creating new programs for coordination of services for the elderly.
      Her most recent work experience prior to her position as Vice-President of Source Finders, was for a national home care agency where she was the Director of Community Resources responsible for the education of physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and elderly clients and their families as to Medicare benefits and utilization of appropriate community resources.
