The 470 is one of the new generation of catamarans invented
by Lagoon. Thanks to the collaboration of architects Marc Van
Peteghem an Vincent Lauriot-Prevost with designer Xavier
Fay, the immense living
space can be arranged into 3 different layouts
making ingenious use of the possibilities. At sea, with
an extended mast and overlapping genoa, the Lagoon 470 hulls come to
life with performance. The extraordinarily comfortable cockpit was
cleverly designed to accommodate navigation, and intentionally
encourages idleness. The Lagoon 470 is so innovative in it's
concept and innumerable carefully studied details that in comparison
with catamarans of the past is truly the difference between night
and day.
