Special Event Security

Special Events Security, Medical and Emergency Support

RMG consultants provide security, medical and emergency planning and support for conventions, meetings, exhibits and sports events. Security services are for corporations and meeting planers who are seeking professional assistance to assess, plan and implement security and medical needs for conferences and exhibits. Services include on-site inspections, preliminary planning with local convention services managers, preparation of written security, medical and emergency plans designed to identify and access risk and to protect the client's interests.

Companies sponsoring conventions, meetings and special events away from their home office or headquarters usually do not have the real time capability to evaluate special event requirements. Companies with corporate security staff who are familiar with employee safety, product and dignitary protection and the like often are at a disadvantage when planning security at an unfamiliar site. RMG consultants are experts in:

  • Hotel safety and security procedures
  • Providing for medical emergency treatment support
  • Determining local crime trends
  • Establishing liaison with local law enforcement agencies
  • Contacting with local security service and medical support companies

The RMG security professionals have diverse technical skills with over 20 years of experience with hotel conventions and exhibits working with various convention and meeting planners.
