Ultrasound for your pet
Available at Harmony is the ability to do ultrasound diagnostics. Also known as a sonogram, it is a non-invasive procedure which provides the veterinarians with a living, moving picture of your pet's internal organs, much like a series of moving x-rays.
It is less risky and more affordable than surgical procedures. Ultrasound is frequently used for identification of abnormal masses, evaluation of the heart, bladder, and pregnancy diagnosis among other procedures. For pregnancy, it can be diagnosed at a much earlier stage. For something like cardiac problems, it shows the heart function including the movement of the valves within the heart. This may be used in conjunction with x-rays and EKG and gives a much fuller diagnostic picture of the problem. It also allows for much earlier drug intervention in slowing the progression of heart disease and allows for a more accurate monitoring of the heart in response to medication.
Harmony Animal Hospital is located at 1401 W. Indiantown Road, in the one-story beige building with the teal-colored metal roof.
From I-95 get off at the Jupiter exit (59A). We are 1-1/2 miles east on the north (left) side of Indiantown Road.

At our hospital, your pet is like one of our own. The boarding facility is totally indoors and centrally air-conditioned and heated to provide consistent comfort 24 hours a day. Kennels and runs are available and your pet will be placed in the accommodation appropriate to its size or you may request an available upgrade. Should your pet require any medical care or preventative treatment while at the hospital you can rest assured he will receive it.
We feed top quality Science Diet (or your food if you prefer). Fresh water is naturally available at all times. Your pet's quarters are kept clean and sanitized and your dog will be walked four times daily. If you want additional walks, or special play and treat times, try an upgrade to our Deluxe or Premium boarding plans. You can be sure we will administer your pet's heartworm medication or vitamins and all pets who stay with us will go home clean and flea-free.
Since we want pets boarding with us to feel as comfortable as possible, all pets admitted to the kennel will be bathed at a discounted rate to keep them free of irritating fleas and ticks. For short stays of 3 days or less a bath will not be required if your pet is clean and free of fleas and ticks upon arrival.
