Dr. Mitch Kusy leads our practice area in Leadership Development.

He has a diverse background with 25 years experience in leadership development and organization development. Certified as a Registered Organization Development Consultant, he is Associate Professor & Chair of the Graduate Department of Organization Learning & Development at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. Mitch is nationally and internationally renown for his organizational expertise. He has published in the leadership development and organization development areas, and most recently, has co-authored a book with Dr. Louellen Essex (Fast Forward Leadership, London: Financial Times-Prentice Hall, 1999).
