Our Short Assessment – It’s Your First Step Towards Improving Your
Partnering Intelligence.
Instructions:
1.The PQ Assessment Inventory is not a test. There is no right or wrong answer. You
cannot pass or fail.It is a
self-assessment that poses statements you may not normally think about and asks
you to rank each statement.
2.Rank each question. The
ranking you give should be based on your own perception of the statement
provided and reflects how you would react in a normal situation. Rather than
being judged by others, this provides you with insights as to how you see
yourself.
3.Pick a context to respond to the survey.
Some people say they behave differently at work than they do at home or with
good friends. If you feel that your behavior is different depending on the
situation, pick a context in which to response, such as the “work
environment” or "in my home life,” then stay within that context when
responding to all the statements.
4.Do not contemplate a statement too long.It is best to go with your first “gut” reaction. If you contemplate too long, you begin to second-guess yourself. Your
initial reaction is usually your “normal” response.
5.The inventory results are for you only. Do not feel a need to share the results with anyone, unless you want to.
6.Answer the questions as honestly as you can.The more honest you are in
your response, the more accurately the inventory will reflect your true
partnering intelligence.
