PAGING AND MESSAGING SERVICES

NACG will offer five major types of paging and messaging services. We are hoping to add two-way paging services in the very near future. The type of service subscribed for generally determines the type of pager required by the user.

Type of Service

Tone-Alert Service Alerts the subscriber, through a beeping tone or vibration to contact a predetermined telephone in order to receive a message.
Tone-Plus -Voice Service Provides a brief voice message following the alert signal.
Numeric Display Service Provides the subscriber with a liquid crystal display of the telephone number of the person who is seeking to contact the subscriber.
Message Print Service Provides the subscriber with a liquid crystal display of a text message rather than a simple telephone number.
Constant Touch Allows the subscriber to tie multiple devices, such as pager, cellular, fax, office phone together with one number.

REGIONAL PAGING AND MESSAGING SERVICES

In addition to local paging, NACG hopes to offer its subscribers a variety of regional paging options. The Company operates on a common frequency which will be linked to allow a subscriber to be paged and receive messages in the subscribers local area, in other cities and at points between. Regional coverage options range from the "pairing" of certain designated cities to interstate coverage of wide areas in the Midwestern United States.

NATIONAL PAGING AND MESSAGING SERVICES

NACG will service as a reseller of nationwide paging and messaging services for PageNet, Inc., one of the three operators licensed by the FCC to offer paging services over a single nationwide frequency.

ADDITIONAL RELATED SERVICES

NACG will offer customers enhanced voice mail services in addition to basic paging and enhanced messaging services that allow customers to retrieve messages by calling a predetermined number. Constant Touch will allow customers to tie multiple devices, such as pager, cellular, fax and office phone together with one number. In many of NACG's markets, this service is currently not available. NACG will offer this service in all of its markets.

For an additional monthly fee, customers leasing their pagers from NACG may subscribe to NACG's pager replacement plan, which provides protection against the risk of loss or damage to such customers pagers. Similarly, for a monthly fee customers owning pagers may subscribe to NACG's pager maintenance plan, under which NACG will service such pagers for no charge after payment of applicable deductibles.

NACG will offer an additional new, sports and weather service to ITD message print customers. The service is continuously updated and is available for an additional monthly fee.

CHARGES FOR PAGING AND MESSAGING SERVICES

NACG will charge subscribers a monthly fee which will cover the paging and messaging services subscribed for, any pager maintenance or replacement plan purchased by the subscriber and, unless the customer has elected to purchase its pagers, the rental cost of the pagers. The monthly service fee generally is determined on a per pager basis and varies depending on the type of service provided, the geographic area covered, the number of pagers provided to the customer and the period of the customers commitment. NACG will charge a higher rate for multi-city and regional service options.

OPERATIONS

Each NACG customer who subscribes to a paging service is assigned a specific telephone number. When the subscriber is paged, the subscriber is contacted through his telephone number by an interconnection of the PSTN network with the paging service.

Typically, the call is processed by an automatic paging terminal, which takes the information being conveyed by the caller and relays it to the paging service's transmitters. The transmitters broadcast the appropriate signal of message to the subscriber's pager which has been preset to monitor a designated radio frequency. The pager signals the subscriber, through an audible beeping signal or an inaudible vibration, that a message awaits, and, in certain cases, delivers the message directly to the subscriber's pagers.

The information to be dispatched through message print paging, which displays text messages, must be converted to digital form before being able to broadcast to pagers. Most commonly, operators dispatching centers respond to calls and then input and transmit alphanumeric messages to the pager. NACG will offer these services to its message print customers for an additional fee, and will subcontract this work to dispatching and answering service firms. Persons who frequently dispatch alphanumeric messages generally do so directly through a small keyboard device or personal computers equipped with a special software program and modem,

The effective signal coverage area of a paging transmitter typically encompasses a radius of between 15 to 20 miles from each transmitter site. Obstructions, whether natural or man-made can interfere with the signal. Multiple transmitters are often used to cover large areas, metropolitan areas containing tall buildings or areas with mountainous terrain.
