"Burstable" T1

This is a dedicated point-to-point connection to the Internet used mostly for business purposes to connect whole local area networks to Internet. Prices below are for Internet Access only - transport charges are extra: about $800 setup and $250 mo. (estimate). You will be paying for the bandwidth you're using, and you can have up to a T1 bandwidth when you need it. To compensate occasional peaks you will be billed for 95% of the time period. You need a CSU/DSU and a router on your end of the connection.
