  1. How do I arm my alarm?
    • Press 9 - When leaving home.
    • Press 0 - When staying home.
    • Press 00 - When going to bed at night.
  2. How do I change my keypad codes?
    • Press 5, enter current code once, and enter your new code twice.
  3. What do I look for if one of my zones is flashing?
    • Look for an open door or window. Also check to insure all magnets are aligned with contacts on doors and windows.
  4. How do I reset my alarm?
    • Press 3 and then your keypad code.
    • If the O.K. light remains flashing please press 4, to check for trouble conditions, note which number lights up (refer to card). Call Customer service at: 1 (800) 817-3277
  5. How do I test my alarm?
    • Press 1 and your code to test communication to the Central Station. Wait a few minutes and call the Central Station to insure the signal was received (1-800-701-6611).
